We can lift the bulk e-waste and dismantle it as per the guidelines from Pollution control board. We provide end-to-end support, from meticulous sorting and dismantling to ensuring that all materials are sent to certified recyclers for safe reprocessing. With a strong focus on compliance and sustainability, we help businesses transition to greener practices while adhering to environmental regulations.

Process Procedure

We will Purchase E-waste Material from diverse sources(like online auctions Govt.& private)
After receipt at our facility the waste will be weighed and manually segregated (Categorized) and transferred in storage area for dismantling Process
We will clean the disposal E-waste Material through vacuum cleaner on our dismantling table manually.
According as per usage of material we will inspect & segregate the material according to the use of
product if any item is usable. Then we keep the material aside in a rack & other unused material we
manually dismantle on our dismantling table.
We will dismantle manually through our tools and equipments kit i.e. With tool Kit, Drilling Machine. If the items required for cutting than we take the process for cutting with cutter machine.
We do not handle gas containing E-waste products.
For fire safety we will install adequate portable Fire Extinguisher (dryCO2) at critical junctions including
storage rack.
After dismantling the material we sort the material manually and using mechanical shredder to reduce
bulk size i.e. metal and plastic fractions, which will be weighed and sell to authorized recycler.
